The role involves managing sales performance, ensuring compliance with budgets, and conducting product trainings for retailers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the Petcare segment. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and expanding market coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
• Minimum 3-5 years in marketing or sales experience.
• Experience in Petcare / Petfood segment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and brand performance in the Pet Specialty Channel.
• Ensure compliance of Trade spend within allocated budget.
• Conduct product trainings for retailers and their staff.
• Expand coverage to Breeders/Vets/Online Pet Shops.
