Job Descriptions

Assist Unit Head of Business Channel Support.

Provide sales support for all sales channel ASNB BRANCH OPERATION NAVIGATION.

Track and monitor sales performance.

Engage with sales channels on local/event marketing activities.

Liaise with lending operation and credit initiation department for credit and operational issues.

Provide product training or briefing as requested by sales channels.

Maintain and work closely with Angkasa-Code Holder [Koperasi] where joint sales efforts identified.

Handle day-to-day sales operations requests from sales channels, lending operations team and Customer Care team.

Ensure responses and problem-solving actions are provided within stipulated TAT.

Send out communication timely regarding sales operations requirement, process updates and campaigns.

Conduct product training and operations updates to sales channels.

Work closely with Koperasi/Strategic Partnerships with regards to operational matters, updates and campaign.

Liaise with Retail Credit Team and Lending Ops Team on credit and operational issues.

Engage sales channels on branch visits and local area marketing events.

Participate in UAT for system enhancement projects.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Conduct business and day-to-day activities according to Group’s Compliance policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Admin / Any related professional qualification.

Diploma in Banking/Finance/Business Administration.

Minimum 1 year’s experience related to consumer credit and other financial services from Financial Institution.

Professional language skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
