Job summary

A reputable company in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Driver to transport the Company Director and family members safely to various destinations. The role requires you to maintain the vehicle, keep a travel log, and work on Monday to Saturday with standby on Sundays. Ideal candidates should have relevant driving experience, a valid D & B license, and possess safe driving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingualism in Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a few years of experience as a driver or personal driver.
• Possess valid driving license: D license & B license.
• In good health condition and no bad habits.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur the Director and family members safely to various destinations.
• Maintain and clean the vehicle regularly.
• Keep a travel log recording locations, travel times, mileage, and work hours.

Job Description

• Personal Driver to Company Director (and family members), chauffeur them to intended destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Pick up / drop off Director between Penang Island and office and other meeting points
• Able to work on Monday – Saturday, and on standby on Sunday
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
• Ensure vehicle is given regular maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
• Keep a travel / outstation log to record locations travelled to, travel time, mileage and work hours as required

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or well experienced as personal driver
• In good health condition and no bad habits
• At least having few years working experience as a driver or personal driver
• Possess valid driving license: D license & B license
• Trustworthy, punctual, honest and possess safe driving skills
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Preferably Non-executive specialised in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc)
