Responsibilities

Provide on-time daily transport for stakeholders to and from residence, office, and other assigned destinations.

Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and good condition of all company vehicles at all times.

Serve as custodian of vehicle keys and ensure proper security of assigned vehicles.

Send vehicles for servicing and maintenance when due or as directed by management.

Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to confirm that vehicles are in safe and optimal working condition.

Adhere strictly to all road safety, traffic laws, and company transport policies.

Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of passengers at all times.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of mileage, fuel usage, road tax, insurance, and maintenance activities.

Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant driving experience (as a company driver, pool driver, or personal driver).
• Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle class D in use.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads, landmarks, and alternative routes.
• Clean driving record with no history of traffic violations or offences.
• Willingness to work on weekends and beyond regular hours when required.
• Demonstrated excellent time management and punctuality.
• Strong navigation and route planning skills, with familiarity in using GPS and traffic applications.
• Professional attitude and appearance, with strong respect for confidentiality and discretion.
