Job description

Serve as a chauffeur to the Managing Director (MD), his family members, and other individuals as instructed.

Ensure the safety and security of the MD, his family members, and guests at all times.

Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect when interacting with the MD, family members, and guests.

Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws in accordance with country and state requirements.

Maintain accurate records of expenses (with receipts) and overtime attendance, to be submitted for approval by the respective personnel by the following morning.

Keep assigned vehicles in excellent condition, including regular washing, cleaning, vacuuming, and polishing.

Monitor vehicle condition and arrange for regular servicing, maintenance, or repairs when necessary.

Practice safe and defensive driving, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate good knowledge of local routes and GPS navigation tools.

Perform office-related errands as required.

Report to the Group Human Resource Department and/or the designated supervisor.

Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a personal or private driver.

Owns a smartphone and is proficient in using navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.

Willing to work on weekends and adapt to flexible working hours.

Owns personal transportation (motorcycle or car) for commuting to work.

Punctual, reliable, and maintains consistent attendance.

Non-smoker, well-groomed, and presentable.

Able to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last‑minute requests professionally.
