Personal Care Senior Brand Manager

Singapore is our global hub for strategy, marketing thinking, seeding plans, and alignment with global categories and supply chain.

This role is important because you will position Singapore as the global premium showcase market for Personal Care. By accelerating growth through strong brand equity and social‑first demand creation, you will ensure our skin cleansing, oral care and deodorant brands lead in premium mixes, stay ahead of trends, and resonate deeply with consumers through localized insights and disruptive campaigns.

Specifics of the role
  • Plan and execute49414 marketing campaigns for Personal Care brands.
  • Build integrated ATL/BTL plans and deliver strong digital presence across platforms.
  • Manage A&P budgets and ensure ROI on all activations.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams for timely launches and creative excellence.
  • Support innovation by identifying consumer trends and feeding insights into NPD.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Drive collaborations and activations to strengthen brand equity and market share.
