Sales – Personal and Wealth Banking is responsible for branch sales and portfolio growth efforts related to various bank products. A licence to sell securities and related investment products is required. Activities include supporting promotional activities, enhancing customer relationships, and referring customers to other areas as appropriate. The Personal Banker focus specialises in unlicensed sales staff; objectives include maximising revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimising operational losses while deepening existing relationships and minimising customer attrition.
Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
