Personal Assistant (with Accounting Background)

We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Personal Assistant with a strong accounting background to support daily administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable handling both personal assistance duties and basic accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare basic financial reports and budgets
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Perform other administrative and personal support tasks as required
  • Assist in handling daily accounting transactions (payments, receipts, invoices)
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assist in data entry and updating accounting systems
  • Handle petty cash and expense claims
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for billing or payment matters
  • Support the team in audits, reports, and other administrative tasks when required
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents (physical and digital)
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Accounting Software (e.g., SQL)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
