A leading company in the F&B industry seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to the Director. You will manage schedules, liaise with teams, and support various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills in English and Chinese, and is proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. This role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Personal Assistant who can move fast to support the Director across F&B businesses, This role focuses on executing tasks efficiently, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping the Director organized, in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Manage Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers
Prepare meeting notes and summaries
Source suppliers, conduct market research and track project progress
Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as needed
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
What we're looking:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Must possess own transport and able to drive for work-related duties when required
