We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director at KL Energy Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Cyberjaya. This full-time role is a crucial part of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring the Director's schedule, communications and daily operations run seamlessly.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
  • Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute notes for meetings
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, document preparation and data entry
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Travel and attending appointment with director
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a Personal Assistant. (Fresh graduate is encourage to apply, training will be provide)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Driving skill
