We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the middle contact person between the Director and Staff, Clients, Vendors, and External parties.
  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Stand by after working hours and weekends to respond to urgent messages from the Director, when required.
  • Assist in special assignments and other ad‑hoc tasks as delegated by the Director.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends, when required.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
