Job description

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director.

Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.

Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda drafting, meeting minutes, and follow-up tracking.

Accompany the Director on business trips and provide real-time, on-site support.

Handle translation, interpretation, and communication tasks (Mandarin ↔️ English) during meetings, negotiations, and corporate events.

Personal Support (50%)

Assist the Director with personal logistics, scheduling, and coordination of selected matters.

Support in managing personal errands, including document handling, reservations, and various administrative tasks.

Handle procurement coordination, and delivery tracking on behalf of the Director.

Accompany the Director during social, networking, and formal events with professionalism and discretion, as needed.

Ensure the Director’s daily arrangements, travel needs, and personal requirements are well-organized and executed smoothly.

Maintain strict confidentiality and manage all personal matters with the highest level of integrity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong interpretation and written communication ability.

Willing to be based overseas; accommodation and daily meal allowance will be provided.

Able to accompany the Director closely for both business and selected personal engagements.
