Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum administrative and personal support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders, as well as English and/or Bahasa Malaysia‑speaking parties
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with confidential and sensitive matters with high discretion
  • Run personal or business‑related errands when required
  • Provide logistical support including driving the CEO when necessary
  • Liaise with departments to track progress on assignments and deadlines
  • Perform other administrative or ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess a valid driving license with good driving record
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
