A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Group Managing Director. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Candidates should be independent, resourceful, and able to handle various administrative tasks, including liaising with banks and internal stakeholders, managing payments, and executing ad-hoc assignments. This position offers an opportunity to be at the heart of strategic operations.
At least five (5)years of working experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary.
Specialized in clerical / administrative support e.g. minutes, email, letters etc.
On behalf Director to liaises with Internal in-charges, bankers, government agencies, company suppliers / contractors, customers etc.
Monitor and arrange payments for the Director’s personal and family members’ credit cards, insurance, loans, etc.
Other ad-hoc as assigned by Director.
Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia and effectively communicate with clients in Mandarin.
Independent, Resourceful, Disciplined, Flexible and able to work under pressure.
