An educational institution in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of the Director's Office. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, managing supplies, and handling monthly accounts. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's Office.
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration.
Manage office facilities, supplies and maintenance.
Handle monthly accounts of the Director.
Assist with Mandarin Language translation.
Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Strong time-management and organization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
