Job summary

A prominent job platform is seeking an administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director, including communication with internal teams and external parties. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is essential, while knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and confidential documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate business trips, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
  • Accompany the Director for meetings, events, and trips.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and follow up on action items.

Job description

Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, business partners, clients, and external parties.

Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.

Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and briefing materials as required.

Assist in coordinating business trips, travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.

Accompany the Director for meetings, events, or business trips when required.

Support ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and personal assignments as assigned by the Director.

Maintain proper filing systems and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Willing and able to travel locally and overseas as required.

Good command of Bahasa Melayu & English (written and spoken). Others proficiency is an advantage.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to work beyond normal office hours when required.
