Position: Executive Secretary - Marketing
We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidates to join us in our big family!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain senior leader’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel plans, conferences, etc.
- To attend internal and external meetings with senior leader, private secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters, and senior leader’s personal matter. Require to take minutes and establish proper follow-up on duties/activities decided in the meeting.
- Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationship with existing customers.
- Working closely with other team members to provide excellent support to senior leader and customers.
- Handling customer’s questions or feedback in professional manner.
- Handling day-today office administration and documentations.
- Assisting team members and representing the company at industry events and trade shows and network with potential clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of business associates, management and employees.
- To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments that assigned by senior leader.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Admin or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge or ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.
- Self-motivated, independent and result oriented.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
- Resourceful and able to work independently with great initiatives and a high level of confidentiality and trust.
