We are looking for a Performance Specialist who will be based in either Budapest, Hungary or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the team delivers Compass Change Requests timely and performance is consistently sustained. Ensure Compass training materials are created with accuracy understanding user needs.
- Lead solutioning efforts as part of programme delivery; setting, adapting, and maintaining the core principles.
- Provide leadership, consultancy and support for BP business change – mergers, acquisitions, disposals and new business ventures.
- Drive priorities and project delivery.
- Partner to make FBT and Finance excellent operators of end-to-end process and show diligent system solutions.
- Maintain strong connections with the user community, both within FBT and the Functions – keeping their needs at the centre of operations.
- Ensure clear and simple ways of working with key customer groups (e.g. Finance, Technology, Group Procurement, business Functions).
- Build the case for change and steward through governance process.
- Solicit input from the business, understand the business requirements, and make recommendations on fit-for-purpose process solutions to support standard global processes underpinned by the product.
- Assess and validate business requirements; review change requests and move change requests through the governance processes.
- Lead communication with customers, ensuring they are aware of future and proposed changes.
- Maintain connectivity with finance procurement to ensure feedback on training and user experiences are communicated to develop continuous improvement.
- Use products and tools to understand the product in‑depth, crafting insights and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Apply agile methods to drive projects, manage product backlog, and act as Planner of the squad and support resource planning and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate knowledge‑sharing sessions and maintain documentation.
Essential Experience & Job Requirements
- Significant experience in systems/process design or as a procurement end user.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or equivalent).
- Experience in Procurement processes (S2P, S2C, P2P).
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
- Exposure to global operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Compass and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe).
- Knowledge of procurement systems and tools.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical skills for change impact and value optimization.
- Experience working in virtual, distributed teams.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
