Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute local paid online acquisition strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, Google Display Network (GDN), and other banner ad campaigns.
  • Oversee data collection and performance tracking against KPIs like CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and setup for campaigns across platforms.
  • Analyze performance data regularly, adjust strategies to meet objectives.
  • Serve clients through tasks like media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analysis, and quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in campaigns.
  • Innovate to enhance performance, growth, and profitability across channels.
  • Stay updated on market trends and generate creative, competitive ideas.
  • Share best practices within the group.
  • Own campaign performance and KPIs, ensuring accountability.
  • Train and mentor team members for platform implementations.
Qualifications
  • Over 4 years of media buying and planning experience, especially in performance marketing.
  • Experience across search, programmatic, and social platforms including Search 360, DV360, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor performance campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and brand safety tools like IAS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior client stakeholders.
