The role of the Global and Regional Client Lead exemplifies our commitment to the Power of One. This role is crucial for driving growth, understanding and leading our clients' transformation, and delivering our agency capabilities at scale. A RCL sets the vision, fosters a collaborative culture, and curates a team of experts from across the Groupe to fulfill this promise. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute local paid online acquisition strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, Google Display Network (GDN), and other banner ad campaigns.
- Oversee data collection and performance tracking against KPIs like CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC.
- Coordinate daily workflow and setup for campaigns across platforms.
- Analyze performance data regularly, adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Serve clients through tasks like media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analysis, and quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in campaigns.
- Innovate to enhance performance, growth, and profitability across channels.
- Stay updated on market trends and generate creative, competitive ideas.
- Share best practices within the group.
- Own campaign performance and KPIs, ensuring accountability.
- Train and mentor team members for platform implementations.
Qualifications
- Over 4 years of media buying and planning experience, especially in performance marketing.
- Experience across search, programmatic, and social platforms including Search 360, DV360, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor performance campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and brand safety tools like IAS.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior client stakeholders.
