Brighttail is a growing B2B marketing agency looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our world‑class digital team. The ideal candidate is creative, results‑driven, and possesses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks for our portfolio of Atlassian clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign management to deliver exceptional results for our clients’ businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and LinkedIn Ads platforms
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign management for Atlassian clients, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
  • Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 tracking setups, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting
  • Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager implementations for enhanced tracking capabilities
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize campaign ROI
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Create detailed performance reports and present results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and optimize ad creative and landing pages
  • Manage campaign budgets and maintain KPI tracking across multiple accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or any relevant field
  • Strong English proficiency and a keen eye for numbers and data
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of paid advertising, best practices, and website analytics
  • Experience with marketing software and analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising and digital marketing
  • The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and has strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, self‑motivated team player who is committed to helping the company continue to grow and evolve
  • Preferably with 1‑3 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
  • Knowledge in web design and HTML is an added advantage
  • Experience in the B2B industry is appreciated, but not necessary
