Performance Marketing (Digital Marketing) Executive
  • Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook and TikTok ads to generate leads for the company.
  • Write ad copy, captions, and coordinate posting schedules.
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide finance updates on spending.
  • Liaise with the internal design and video teams to prepare creatives.
  • Work with outsourced digital marketers to ensure creatives meet campaign needs.
  • Build and maintain landing pages to drive lead generation.
  • Update and optimize landing pages based on performance data.
  • Publish podcasts on YouTube and Spotify according to the content release plan.
  • Monitor and maintain engagement levels on the company’s social media platforms.
  • Execute internal engagement strategies to boost likes, comments, and interactions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in paid marketing, preferably within an agency or media environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven success in achieving lead generation and sales growth objectives.
  • Required language(s): Able to speak in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
