A global healthcare leader is seeking a People Services Senior Generalist in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves managing People Services operations, providing support to employees, ensuring compliance with policies, and developing standard operating procedures. The People Services Generalist will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and correct execution of the People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for our employees. The People Services Generalist will ensure that the procedures related to the C2R area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, ensuring that processes are performed and delivered under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties.
Provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, P&C, and PS on all Knowledge Management topics managed in the ServiceNow and Workday tools.
Handle queries through the ticket tools used within People Services, especially in ServiceNow, providing timely and high-quality responses for all L1, L2, and L3 queries from employees, managers, P&C, and PS.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation.
Support testing of new functionality or implementations of ServiceNow.
Handle queries (tickets) from employees regarding P&C / PS topics.
Deliver high-quality standard service to internal employees and former employees.
Article knowledge management (creation / update / translation / feedback analysis).
Monitor compliance with the Core Model within People Services tools and process guidelines, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs).
Comply with and uphold both internal and country-specific data privacy policies. All management of information related to personal data (from employees, former employees, and EWF) must be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and data protection.
Continually seek out ways to improve the process and user satisfaction.
Ensure timely completion of all mandatory company trainings and actively participate in learning sessions that will contribute to development in the current role and future career.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and analyze article and ticket reports to meet or exceed SLA and KPI targets.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
Basic understanding of HR processes and activities
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with People Services tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
Awareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR) is beneficial
