At WORQ, we believe that people are at the heart of every great company. As we continue to scale and evolve our coworking ecosystem, we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager — someone who can build an exceptional employee experience while driving organizational effectiveness and growth. This role isn’t just about HR — it’s about shaping how our people and culture power WORQ’s mission to enable teams to prosper by working together. You’ll lead the People Division, overseeing initiatives in employee experience, engagement, learning & development, and organizational planning.
Strategic People & Organization Planning
- Partner with the management team on organization design, manpower planning, and role clarity, ensuring the company structure evolves effectively with business growth.
- Lead strategic workforce initiatives such as succession planning, competency frameworks, and leadership pipeline development.
- Champion organizational effectiveness by aligning people strategy with business priorities and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insight into people trends, engagement data, and performance outcomes.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Lead the People & Culture roadmap — from onboarding to offboarding — to ensure every employee’s experience reflects WORQ’s culture of growth, accountability, and community.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building activities, recognition programs, and company-wide events that enhance morale and belonging.
- Strengthen internal communication channels and foster an open, feedback-driven culture.
- Ensure diversity, inclusion, and well-being are embedded into all programs and practices.
Learning, Development & Leadership Growth
- Oversee the company’s Learning & Development strategy, including programs for leadership development, skills upgrading, and coaching frameworks.
- Work with L&D specialists and department heads to identify capability gaps and design training roadmaps that align with current and future business needs.
- Develop and maintain competency models across key functions to guide career progression and performance evaluation.
- Measure and report on learning impact and growth outcomes.
People Operations & Policy Alignment
- Strategically collaborate with the HR department on people-related processes, documentation, and systems in partnership with the HR team (Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Performance Management).
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and practices balance compliance, fairness, and the company’s human-centered philosophy.
- Continuously improve employee lifecycle processes for clarity, efficiency, and experience — from onboarding to career progression.
Culture Leadership & Change Management
- Be a culture ambassador and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new systems, initiatives, or structural changes.
- Drive alignment between People, Culture, and Business Strategy, ensuring every team understands how their role contributes to the company’s mission.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking — able to translate business goals into people and culture initiatives.
- A builder’s mindset — resourceful, creative, and excited to design frameworks and programs from the ground up.
- Empathetic communicator and trusted partner to both employees and management.
- Familiarity with fast-paced, growth-stage environments (startups, coworking, tech, or service industries preferred).
- Passionate about shaping a positive culture.
