Responsibilities
  • Lead the local implementation of people change initiatives (e.g. organisational design changes, performance frameworks, engagement programmes).
  • Partner with managers to ensure change plans are understood, cascaded, and embedded.
  • Manage complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, capability).
  • Provide structured advice to managers on policy interpretation and application.
  • Escalate high risk or precedent setting cases to Regional/Country Advisory Lead.
  • Ensure case handling and change delivery are consistent, compliant, and well documented.
  • Act as the bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution, ensuring joined up delivery with Business Partners, COEs, and People Operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practices.
  • Experience in HR advisory or employee relations role.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing organisational change at local level.
  • Case management experience and experience in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify complexity and reinforce change messages.
