Job summary

A logistics management company is looking for a Project Logistics Executive to oversee project coordination across Penang. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree and 3-4 years of experience in logistics or project management, with strong skills in communication, analysis, and quality control. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and exploring operational improvements. Experience in the Ready-mixed concrete industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience in logistics/project management.
• Experience in the Ready-mixed concrete industry is an advantage.
• Ability to understand the impact of decisions in the business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all projects across Penang.
• Be the focal point of contact for stakeholders during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Engage with stakeholders leading the project throughout the duration.
