Job Description / Scope

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Credit Recovery Officer to join our team. The role involves managing customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans.
  • Update and maintain accurate collection records in the system.
  • Follow up on broken promises and monitor daily account performance.
  • Work closely with team leaders to achieve collection targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Escalate problematic accounts for further action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma is an added advantage).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / data entry).
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
