About the Role

Collaborate closely with the Associate Director, Strategy & Planning to support the Partnership Distribution team in the monitoring and execution of Acceleration Projects, the Annual Strategic Plan, and Budget & Expense management. This includes ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives and prudent financial oversight to achieve the Division’s mission and objectives. The role also contributes to the broader purpose of strategy planning by aligning departmental efforts with long‑term business goals, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across Partnership Distribution.

  • Support and coordinate the preparation of Annual Business Strategic Planning materials, including target setting, by engaging with relevant stakeholders. This involves consolidating inputs, performing data analysis using excel, and preparing presentation decks for management presentation. Ensure all planning materials and submissions are completed accurately and delivered within the stipulated timelines.
  • Support the monthly preparation and consolidation of management reporting materials for both Local and Group. This includes computing key performance indicators (KPIs) for business dashboards, analyzing trends, and preparing presentation decks for senior management. Ensure all reports are accurate, insightful, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Perform business results analysis to identify the underlying trends and business challenges to meet the business goal. Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end DM incentive payout process, including accurate calculation of performance-based incentives in alignment with approved schemes and business KPIs. Ensure timely submission of incentive data to HR for payroll processing, maintaining compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate inputs, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of incentive frameworks.
  • Assist in monitoring PD GOE and MME expenses to ensure alignment with approved budget. This includes tracking actual spend against approved budget, identifying variances, and preparing summary reports for management review. Ensure timely reporting and proactive follow‑up to maintain expense discipline.
  • Actively contribute to the formulation, implementation, and tracking of the department’s long-term strategies and short-term initiatives. Provide constructive challenge and insights during strategic discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs and evolving business requirements. Demonstrate flexibility and accountability in delivering ad hoc tasks with quality and timeliness.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is highly preferred. Candidates without a degree may also be considered if they possess strong, relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a related field and role is required.
  • Proven business acumen with solid expertise in both project and financial management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
  • Experience in business planning, financial tracking, or strategy execution is an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • High proficiency in language, with demonstrated capability in delivering presentations and writing compelling proposals.
