Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Diploma with 3 years working experience or SPM with more than 5 years working experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in supervising subordinates is a must.
• Basic proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is needed.
• Good communication skills with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise product receipt and shipment of products according to QA procedures.
• Maintain and update operation records regarding product receipt and release.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet Customer requirements timely.
• Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles and movement of goods.
• Report non-conformance on products upon receipt and shipment.
• Organize the warehouse to maximize space and identify batches.
• Construct loads for dispatch as instructed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Position Summary

Process Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise product receipt and shipment of products according to procedure as laid out in the QA procedures and SOP.
• Maintain and update all operation records regarding product receive and release.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure Customer requirements for processing and delivery are completed timely.
• Assist load and unload of vehicles and perform general movement of goods in factory.
• Report any non-conformance found on products upon receipt, prior shipment and post-irradiation to immediate superior and quarantine as per SOP.
• Assist in the organization of the warehouse to maximize the usable space and ensure all batches to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
• Construct loads for dispatch as instructed.
• Assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles and general movements of goods around the site and processing into machine.
• Perform any reasonable request by superior in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean working environment and report any unsafe conditions to facility management.
• Protect confidential information by properly storing, retrieving, and disseminating such information only to those authorized.
• Exhibit a commitment to the AST shared values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement through ensuring defect‑free workmanship, assisting others to meet the Customer’s needs, searching for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste, being active and accountable for Customer satisfaction, and satisfying the Customer’s needs with a sense of urgency.
