Job description

We are seeking a talented and diligent Payroll Executive to join the team at MANFORCE GROUP BERHAD' in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for processing payroll and providing administrative support to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculating and processing payroll, including salary, deductions, and benefits
  • Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Maintain secure, accurate, and up-to-date records such as time cards, attendance logs, and statutory filings.
  • Ensuring payroll compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports and other administrative tasks as required
  • To ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner, compliance with statutory requirements, meeting contribution or payment timeline and updating staff data in HRIS.
  • Provide a responsive, accurate client advisory service on payroll matters, resolve difficult enquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action where required to ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
  • To maintain good working relationship and practice open communication with colleagues and staff of other departments.
  • To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time by the superior or Management.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, Business Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related legislation
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation in Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
