Job summary

A healthcare institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified individual to supervise admissions administrative duties. The successful candidate will manage outpatient recordkeeping, advise patients on charges, ensure accurate daily closings, and prepare staff schedules. Job Tasks
  • Supervise the handling of the overall Admissions administrative duties in a prompt and efficient manner and follow the hospital or required procedures / policy / quality accreditation purpose.
  • Ensure the recordkeeping of outpatients or walk-in patients are being updated in an accurate and prompt manner to enable PCMC live up to its image of an efficient and friendly service-oriented hospital.
  • Supervise the advice to patients on the relevant hospital charges and payment procedures to ensure collection is made and to protect the interest of hospital.
  • Check the daily closing at the end of each shift is in order and the Cashier Handover Summary report is submitted promptly and accurately reflect the actual daily collection.
  • Preparation of staff scheduling to ensure seamless coverage of outpatient services, operations and administration.
  • Review and provide the necessary developmental program to staff to enable them to acquire the skills needed to carry out their duties efficiently and professionally.
