Purpose of the Role

The Patient Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in patient support or assistance programs. The role ensures a smooth patient journey by coordinating access to therapy, facilitating communication among patients, healthcare providers (HCPs), and support teams, and addressing barriers to treatment adherence and affordability.

What You’ll Do
  • Patient Onboarding & Education
    • Guide patients through the enrollment process for patient support or affordability programs.
    • Explain program benefits, required documentation, and next steps clearly and empathetically.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure all interactions comply with data privacy, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare regulations.
    • Report any adverse events (AEs) or product quality complaints (PQCs) within required timelines.
    • Contribute to monthly reports and metrics on program performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Coordination & Case Management
    • Liaise with healthcare providers, pharmacies to track and follow up on patient cases.
    • Hand over patient case to internal team for continuous program management.
    • Liaising with client sales/ relevant team to coordinate the transition.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality
    • Ensure all patient interactions and data handling comply with relevant privacy regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare regular update based on reporting template to keep both internal and external stakeholders updated.
