Responsibilities
  • To assist and coach fertility patients with their treatment.
  • Assist Chinese‑speaking patients with translation, planning, coordinating, and chaperoning for outpatient or inpatient arrangements.
  • Promote fertility services by answering emails or incoming call inquiries.
  • Ensure fertility services are accessible at all times by attending to the 24‑hour care line promptly.
  • Keep track of all ongoing patients and inquiries.
  • Responsible for patient welfare, facilitate their visits, and lead or assist on tours for customers from Mainland China.
  • Provide treatment estimations and inform about disciplines, services, and packages available to patients from overseas.
Requirements
  • Degree in Healthcare.
  • Medical‑related degree or training is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year hospital experience in customer service.
  • Good listener, patient, emotionally stable, and empathetic.
  • Effective with verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terms, office software, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
