We are looking for a Patient Communication Officer who is caring, organised, and people-oriented to be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team. You will play an important role in ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and well taken care of throughout their treatment journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and working in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
  • Explain treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up instructions in a patient-friendly manner
  • Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with dentists, nurses, and clinic teams
  • Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and continuity of patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient communication records and documentation
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    (Mandarin or other languages is an advantage)
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented
  • Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, clinic systems)
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, customer service, or call centre is an advantage
