• Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or any health science related field.
• Good in time management and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the enrollment process for patient support or affordability programs.
• Ensure all interactions comply with data privacy, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare regulations.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and pharmacies to track and follow up on patient cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Prepare regular updates based on reporting template to keep stakeholders updated.
