The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about intellectual property, particularly patents, and possess the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and developing patent and trademark portfolios for a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches, analyses, and evaluations to support patentability and infringement assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IP needs and develop strategic patent filing strategies.
• Liaise with patent offices and manage the patent application process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide support in patent litigation, opposition, and other legal proceedings.
• Stay abreast of developments in IP law and practice, particularly relating to patents.
