As a Pastry Chef, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional baked goods and desserts to delight our guests. What you'll be doing

• Producing a diverse range of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastry items for our menus
• Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
• Maintaining accurate inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing mentorship and training to junior members of the pastry team
• Participating in special events and catering requests as required

What we're looking for

• Formal training or qualifications in baking and pastry arts, such as a diploma or certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
