What you'll be doing

Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes and other baked goods using established recipes and techniques

Ensure all baked items meet high standards of quality, consistency and presentation

Assist in the development of new and innovative pastry and cake recipes

Maintain a clean and organised work environment in the bakery

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service

Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience as a pastry chef or cake baker in a professional kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and industry standards

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
