Job summary

A leading POS and retail solutions company in Malaysia, seeking a Partner Management Specialist to oversee relationships with channel partners and dealers. Responsible for managing, supporting, and growing relationships with channel partners, dealers, and strategic alliances to drive sales and market expansion for POS and retail solutions. This role focuses on partner management, sales enablement, coordination, and strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner & Dealer Network Management – Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with partners and resellers.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive partner-led sales, set targets, and optimize performance.
  • Coordination of Onboarding & Training – Work with the training team to ensure partners are properly enabled.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track partner sales, set KPIs, and conduct business reviews.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Build alliances with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and retail chains.
  • Marketing & Co-Branded Initiatives – Coordinate with the marketing team on partner campaigns and promotions.
  • Contract Management & Compliance – Negotiate agreements and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement – Participate in industry events, trade shows, and business networking activities as needed to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.
Requirements
