An educational institution is seeking individuals for business development roles to foster relationships with feeder schools and counsel students on educational programs. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate with strong communication skills in Mandarin and English. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various events aimed at enhancing student experiences and growing enrolment, and requires dedication to working in a dynamic and sometimes unconventional schedule.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned feeder schools by participating in various fairs or organizing events to generate new leads.
Improve awareness of INTI in feeder schools.
Be involved with campus events to drive superior customer/student experience, such as campus tours, team building activities, programme briefings, transportation and logistics, and venue bookings.
Drive cost leadership to improve productivity.
Able to counsel and advise students and parents on programmes through walk‑in, write‑in, phone‑in, and email enquiries.
Responsibly grow new local enrolment on a cyclical basis, contributing to the yearly target.
Prepare and participate in departmental and general staff meetings to review sales performance, address issues and exchange information.
Other duties assigned by management.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent from any field.
Applicants must have own transport.
Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Has outstanding communication skills – both written and oral in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Dynamic, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Willing to work outside usual hours (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays) when required.
