Role
This is a sales development role focused on meeting sales target while upholding U Mobile’s values and compliance policies. It drives Corporate and SME market growth via Enterprise Business (EB) Partner channels, achieving sales targets, expanding partnerships, and aligning with corporate goals to support overall company business objectives, particularly in the Corporate and SME market segment.
The Day‑to‑Day Activities
- Hit the sales target set by management; includes monthly target, EB partner recruitment, sales campaign, etc.
- Make a minimum of 5–8 partner visits per week and ensure sales activities are executed as planned, tracking partner sales productivity. Review sales pipeline, selling skill, and identify challenges and gaps to improve.
- Provide timely updates to superiors, submit weekly sales forecasts, and reports on time.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
- Recruit and train new EB partners in the assigned territory.
- Ensure good knowledge of product and sales process, particularly compliance policies, is clearly delivered & communicated to EB partners. Adhere to business policy and code of conduct.
- Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs.
- Assist with sales administration tasks or projects as directed.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5–8 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
- Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
- Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team player, effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales presentation abilities and clear message delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
