ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position executes Sales and Marketing strategies to enhance patient enrolment, retention, and grow revenues significantly. This position drives marketing actions in collaboration with Operations and HQ Marketing teams.
- To monitor patient growth within the region and ensure the company is on track to reach its planned goals for the year
- Drive new patient acquisition by regularly promoting the services of DaVita to selected/targeted customers, specialists, especially Nephrologists / Medical Assistant / HD Unit Nurses / Social Welfare Department
- Build partner engagement plan for improving and growing the customer/patient base
- Actively seek out new organic growth opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on services and company updates
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality guidelines in all activities
- Work hand in hand with Corporate Affairs team to meet the Physicians in allocated area to drive patient traffic via activities like Health Coach / Centre Visit / Continuous Medical Education / Health talk, etc
- Regular meet ups with the doctors (government and private) in catchment area
- Participate in defining sales efforts to increase existing market penetration
- Provide information to Corporate Affairs to compile the data on competitors and industry trends to help define strategy for the organization
- Provide key value drivers and solution-level messages to support marketing communications content creation for collateral, customer success stories, white papers, and website
- Assist patients in GL application, when necessary
- Attend to patients’ complaints & grievances
- Find ways to improve overall patient care experience
- Assist in executing patient retention program/activities
- Help and support the patient retention initiatives / patient education programs
- Answer questions the patients or partners (hospitals, sponsors, etc.) may have in timely manner
- Gather feedback from patients or prospects and share with internal teams
- Provide monthly report on patient movement and marketing activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time
Travel required: Up to 70% within the region
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Corporate Communications
- Min 3-5 years of marketing/ sales experience
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills
- Marketing management and strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in developing, planning and managing a marketing program
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be highly advantageous
- A self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness and an ability to work independently
- People skills; ability to relate to various constituencies
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows-based computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle many projects at once
3 full time position available at multiple work location: KL & Selangor, Kedah and Johor
