Job summary

A local technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Part Time Graphic Designer-cum-Admin to assist in designing customer artwork and marketing materials. Responsibilities include basic editing with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, while also helping with digital printing tasks. This role suits organized individuals who can multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with flexible hours from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools required.
• Familiarity with MS Office or related software is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, and can multitask.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design customer artwork templates and marketing materials.
• Perform basic editing using graphic design tools.
• Assist in digital printing/card production tasks.
• Carry out other reasonable daily operational tasks.

Skills

-Working Days: Monday to Friday

-Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

-Salary: Hourly / Daily basis (subject to discussion)

Job Scope:

• Design customer artwork templates and marketing materials
• Basic editing using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva
• Assisting in digital printing/card production tasks
• Other reasonable tasks related to daily operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva)
