Bhumi Pilates Studio is a premier wellness space dedicated to providing high-quality Pilates training in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Pavilion Damansara Heights location.

Job Overview

The Front Desk Associate will provide high-quality customer service, manage bookings, process payments, maintain the reception area, and support studio operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle class bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Provide information about classes, instructors, and promotions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and studio.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and report preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with instructors and management to ensure smooth studio operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and front desk experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office apps, and other office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours based on studio needs.
  • Punctuality is a crucial requirement for this role.
Working Hours

Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1‑hour break)
Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1‑hour break)
Hours may vary based on studio requirements.

Employment Type & Compensation
  • Part‑time rate: RM12 per hour
  • Part‑time/Full‑time positions available
