CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Job Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for injuries or emergencies on-site.
• Respond promptly to accidents and medical incidents, stabilizing patients for hospital transfer if needed.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards among workers.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, treatments, and patient conditions.
• Maintain medical equipment and first aid supplies in proper working condition.
• Support safety trainings and emergency drills on-site.
• Liaise with hospital or emergency services when transporting patients.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Paramedical Science, Emergency Medical Services, or related field
• Certified Paramedic with valid license/registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in emergency medical services, in industrial or construction settings.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.
• CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Physically fit and able to handle emergencies in challenging environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
