A retail company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for customer service representatives to maintain strong customer relationships and assist in sales processes. Candidates should possess a minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent and preferably have 1-2 years of experience in retail. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential, with additional languages as an advantage. Enthusiasm and teamwork are key; shift work is required.
