Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience and 1 year of project management experience.
• Strong technical background, with hands‑on experience in Java or .NET projects.
• Familiar with at least one major database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Redis).
• Proficient in Agile project management, capable of sprint planning and progress tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English for business communication; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for short‑term international assignments (low frequency).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and develop feasible project plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project scope, handle change requests, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and lead technical discussions, manage requirements, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct project retrospectives to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.
