Overview
Position: Overseas Recruitment Consultant (Overseas Chinese Preferred)
Work Location: Malaysia (remote work supported)
Responsibilities
- Understand client recruitment needs by analyzing job requirements, industry background, and candidate profiles.
- Actively source, identify, and screensuitable candidates through LinkedIn and other industry channels.
- Lead candidate communication: conduct interviews, assess fit, and prepare recommendation reports.
- Support the project manager in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting in offer negotiations.
- Manage recruitment data and candidate status to ensure smooth project progress and results.
- High-performing consultants will gradually take on client communication and project ownership responsibilities, progressing toward a leadership role.

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (basic speaking, reading, and writing; independent candidate communication is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong communication, logical thinking, and learning ability.
- Proactive and results-driven, willing to take on challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible and execution-focused, with strong task management and self-discipline skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, consulting, or human resources is preferred.
