What you'll be doing
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
  • Assisting with the training and development of the staff, including providing feedback and coaching
  • Ensuring seamless coordination of food service
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
