Manage daily outlet operations and drive achievement of sales targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver professional customer service.
Oversee vehicle/accessories inventory, stock control, and outlet presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales and operational reports.
Diploma or above in Business, Automotive, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or outlet management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with automotive systems is an advantage.
