• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays if required.
• Able to join training at Kuala Lumpur.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Area Manager on operational issues.
• Ensure the restaurant is stocked and ready for service.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Train the team on menu knowledge and presentation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze sales data and prepare daily reports.
